Jan. 2011Lebanon• Develop and implement Policies and Procedures based on a thorough knowledge of laws and internal regulations in addition to appropriate conduct and best practices
• Review, develop and revise Job Descriptions for all positions and conduct Job Analysis to determine the job classification and criticality
• Analyze Business structures, dimensioning and utilization of resources in the aim of increasing efficiency and aligning activities with business objectives
• Responsible for reporting and analyzing all OE metrics while providing Management with a monthly Dashboard analysis related to all HR fluctuation and overall Business Performance
• Analyze, monitor and follow-up on monthly HR expenses in alignment with yearly manpower plan
• Manage the Performance Appraisal program while ensuring the implementation of SMART objectives
• Coordinate with IT on automating the HR functions (including Performance Management, Job Descriptions, Objectives,…) • Maintain an updated grading structure while conducting benchmark studies and salary surveys analysis
• Monitor, evaluate and report on workforce demographic and turnover while performing workforce/gap analysis in the aim of increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop Bonus/Salary schemes on yearly basis
• Create and implement Competency model serving as basis for skill standards that specify the level of knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
• Conduct yearly review and analysis on all employees incomes and/or providing salary recommendations for new recruits or internal transfers
• Maintain motivational Career Evolution program
• Support in the implementation of OE initiatives including Talents reviews, Succession Planning and Goal Settings
