Manage 10+ National Association of Realtors (NAR) designations available to 22,000+ members at the state level, differentiating Realtors from licensed real estate agents, including but not limited to Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and ePro. Develop and curate over 100 professional development opportunities annually for Minnesota Realtors, including Continuing Education (CE) and non-CE programs, with a focus on current industry issues and initiatives, exemplified by successfully introducing diversity and inclusion courses adopted by the Minnesota Department of Commerce as mandatory annual training for all licensed agents. Liaison to 5 education-related MNR committees and the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 15 local board executive officers, 20 education chairs and staff members, and 40 other State Association professional development and education directors. Created a successful partnership with local associations in Minnesota to provide professional development and educational opportunities for over 10,000 members. Creating a full Broker Education Track program specifically designed for the 3,500+ broker Realtors in Minnesota. Led the research, implementation, and execution of a learning management system (LMS) to reach the 10,000+ Realtors in greater Minnesota unable to attend in person. Transformed in-person educational offerings to a virtual format within 30 days of the COVID shutdown, training 20+ instructors and 30+ Minnesota Realtors (MNR) staff members, and the establishment of virtual class policies, updating policies and ensuring compliance with Minnesota Department of Commerce Licensing entity standards.
