TITLE: Head of Digital Marketing and Design
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the global digital marketing and brand design strategy aligned with company vision and commercial objectives;
Lead digital transformation initiatives across brand, e-commerce, social, and experience touchpoints;
Oversee omnichannel marketing planning (digital, performance, paid media, social, email, web, influencer, and design systems);
Manage and optimize global marketing budgets, ensuring efficient ROI across channels;
Translate business objectives into creative and data-driven marketing outcomes;
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the digital and design teams;
2. Brand & Creative Direction:
Oversee the development of global brand identity systems, visual language, and digital style guides;
Ensure design consistency and creative excellence across all platforms and regions;
Direct UX/UI, product design, motion graphics, and digital content teams to ensure brand experience integrity;
Collaborate closely with brand, product, and communications leads to deliver cohesive campaigns;
Approve creative concepts, campaigns, and executions across global teams and agencies;
3. Digital Marketing Excellence:
Oversee performance marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, CRM, Automation);
Lead content marketing and social strategy — ensuring relevance, engagement, and community growth.;
Develop multi-channel growth campaigns and performance dashboards with clear KPIs;
Manage partnerships with digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) for strategic collaboration;
Drive personalization and marketing automation efforts through CRM and data-driven insights;
Implement A/B testing frameworks for conversion optimization and UX improvement;
4. Data, Analytics, and Innovation:
Own the digital analytics ecosystem (GA4, Data Studio, CRM dashboards, attribution models);
Leverage insights to shape creative strategy, campaign optimization, and user experience improvements;
Oversee global marketing technology stack (CMS, CRM, DAM, Marketing Automation, Analytics);
Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and predictive tools for creative optimization and media targeting;
Introduce new technologies and design workflows for agile creative and campaign delivery;
5. Leadership, Collaboration & Governance:
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary global team across marketing, design, and digital functions;
Establish design governance and marketing standards for all markets and agencies;
Manage global creative and media agencies, ensuring delivery excellence and brand adherence;
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, e-commerce, and regional teams to ensure alignment;
Drive team performance through KPIs, goal-setting, and quarterly business reviews;
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strategic & Technical:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative direction, or design leadership;
Proven success in leading multi-market digital campaigns and brand experiences;
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems: paid media, performance, UX/UI, and creative production;
Mastery of design and marketing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Google Marketing Suite, HubSpot, CANVA, etc.);
Excellent understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.);
Strong grasp of conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journey mapping;
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional leadership and people management skills with global or cross-cultural experience;
Visionary ability to translate business goals into compelling creative and digital narratives;
Strong presentation, stakeholder, and agency management abilities;
High-level emotional intelligence, collaboration, and decision-making capability;
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Experience in brand building for premium/luxury or lifestyle sectors;
Working knowledge of AI-driven marketing, generative design, and automation workflows;
Strong understanding of Web3, NFTs, and emerging digital trends;
Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, UX frameworks);
Global marketing exposure (regional nuances, localization, cultural design intelligence);
Experience in digital commerce, martech integrations, and customer data platforms (CDPs);
