I managed content management systems, video content production, influencer marketing, media correspondence, and in-store commercial events across six Decathlon Singapore stores. Our team also managed various digital customer service operations, including live chats, emails, customer product reviews, Google My Business interactions, and direct messages, significantly enhancing the overall customer experience and engagement. • Working collaboratively, our team successfully launched over 30 social media campaigns in partnership with renowned gyms, brands, and influencers, resulting in notable organic growth, including 14,000 new followers, a reach of 9 million, and 1 million engagements within eight months. By partnering with various stakeholders, including Store Leaders, HR, Sales & Supply, Logistics, Customer Relations, Procurement, and Graphic Communications, we ensured cohesive and effective campaign execution. • Additionally, as part of a 20% project, I served as a Corporate Trainer, designing and developing specialized training programs and delivering comprehensive sessions to over 70 local managers. These efforts equipped them with essential skills and knowledge in digital customer service and e-commerce product reviews systems.
