Jan. 2024Provide instructional design and development support in accordance with client-specific requirements and standard operating procedures using the ADDIE model for a variety of training modalities including asynchronous and synchronous e-learning environments, Face-to-Face ILT, VILT, and combinations thereof. Conduct interviews with Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) to present comprehensive needs analyses and reports. Prepare innovative storyboards, outlines, and design documents and select engaging delivery methods, materials, and media to train to and above standard USCG competencies. Create reliable achievement indicators to include written assessments, practical application exercises, and on-the-job demonstrations. Oversee the end-to-end cycle of course design, development, and maintenance to include revisions in accordance with client review feedback, pilot studies, and evolving training needs. Perform all duties with integrity, professionalism, accountability, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.
