Grew the programming model from a collection of links garnering thousands of visits to sophisticated programming destinations that regularly melted the servers with millions of visits when featured on the Welcome Screen. In 1998, led team that created the home page publishing tools "1-2-3 Publish" and "Easy Designer" as part of launching AOL Hometown, the home pages community for AOL members. I managed the team that grew the community to over 5 million publishers within 2 years of launch. I was Technical Editor for the "Creating Cool Web Pages on AOL" book published in 1999.
