• Directed all major disaster relief, rehabilitation, and rebuilding efforts including the massive rebuilding of houses in Albay province and the successful relief and reconstruction efforts after Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
• Established local and international partnerships with the International Justice Mission (IJM) for the advocacy campaign against Online Sexual Exploitation of Children or OSEC and other partnerships on training and education that improved the successful completion rate of beneficiaries. • Speaks at international events and conferences such as the recent Justice Conference of Australia and other events in Germany, Mongolia, Singapore, and other countries. • Restructured operations in the Philippines by creating satellite offices in Cebu and Davao, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness. • Led a Six Sigma process improvement project that significantly improved operational metrics. The Project was chosen to be presented during an International Six Sigma Conference in the Philippines in 2019.
