bodies, government deduction/ contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax,
and yearly documentation of EA form.
• Performance appraisal for confirmation. reviews. bonus and increment computation and
documentation.
• Recording and filling employees leave records
• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
• Attend to employees grievances or misconduct
• Liaise with courier and arrange documentation for local & international sending via TNT, Airpak,
City Link & DHL
• Process and update medical reimbursement
• Prepare appraisal forms, Annual increment forms
• Dealing with JKKP Licenses
• Dealing with foreign worker work permit extensions - Fomema, Insurance, MYEG through
online.
• Coordinating of in-house and external training programme, training pelan and record.
• Arrange for company annual dinner, trip and sport days
• Prepare and handling documentation relating new hires, confirmation, transfer and so on
• Attend and prepare employees SOCSO matters and file reports of accidents and injuries at
establishment.
• Coordinates and monitors the schedule waste management system (eSwiss).
• To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task as assigned by superior from time to
time.
• Issue official letters of misconduct and other notice.
• External relations – Liaisons with government bodies. i.e KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and
Immigration Department.
• Industrial and employee relations.
