Jan. 2000Los Angeles, California, United StatesFor more than two decades, I’ve helped leaders, creatives, and changemakers step into their power—whether they’re launching bold new ventures, navigating career pivots, or stepping into leadership roles with confidence. My career started in scholastic journalism, coaching students as they built award-winning publications, podcasts, and digital media brands. From advising yearbook students in San Diego to coaching powerhouse publications at Harvard-Westlake, I’ve always been about one thing: helping people find their voice and use it with integrity. But leadership isn’t just about what you do—it’s about who you are. It’s about trusting yourself when the next step isn’t clear, making decisions with conviction, and leading in a way that aligns with your values. - Leadership & Career Growth – Build confidence, own your strengths, and lead with clarity - Navigating Career Pivots – Make bold career moves with strategy and purpose - Creative & Entrepreneurial Coaching – Step into your vision and amplify your impact Whether you’re redefining what leadership looks like, shifting careers, or trying to figure out what’s next, I offer practical coaching that meets you where you are and helps you move forward—boldly and unapologetically.
