I am a social communicator from Quito, Ecuador, with ten years of experience in government communication. I am passionate about helping other people and photography. I have been from administrative assistant to an analyst, director, to communication consultant, mainly in government departments. I also have experience in sales and customer service. I have worked with Office suite, Hootsuite, Gmail, Photoshop, Canva, VideoPad, Pixlr, WordPress, Joomla, Twitter, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. I enjoy working on projects where I test my knowledge but also where I can learn more. My specific experience has been supervising internal communication, public relations, and social networks teams and organizing press conferences, and interviews. I have also worked in contracting processes for goods and services. My goal is to work for one or more companies that are setting trends in the world and helping them grow. I have skills mainly in everything related to government, institutional, and political communication but also customer service and direct or virtual sales. I worked in a tourist company solving any customer request and I was a sales consultant in a school supply store. I worked for ten years in government and state institutions and had to be first an assistant (office tasks, file management, and Office suite), then an analyst (news file management, social networks, government image, conceptualization of campaigns, edition of photos and videos, citizen fairs, coverage of events, settlement of interview schedules) and as a director or advisor establish internal and external communication policies and strategies while helping with public contracting and office tasks.
