Based upon these systems, started and achieved a sound portfolio of receivables, a brand new business for HSBC in Brazil and spread the "receivables culture" among several other countries in HSBC's world wide network. In 2003, was appointed Head of MME, playing both roles at same time, given to the sinergy between them, and took HSBC to its best position in brazilian MME market so far.
