work of graphic designers, photographers, web developers and other members of the creative team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain budgets
• Managing & developing a team of creative professionals.
• Setting clear goals, objectives and performance appraisals with appropriate salary adjustment recommendations for approval.
• Develop Strategies & Branding for Greenstar and subsidiaries for the retail, commercial and distributor markets which incorporate:
• Promotional literature
• POS Material, Signage & Campaigns (counter displays, pre-packs, banners, window decals, display racks, pop-ups, promotional calendars, sample packs, etc.)
• Manage all media advertising plans.
• Trade Show set up and planning.
• Design product catalogues and guide books.
• Websites & Links.
• Participate in the implementation of strategies designed to increase product sales and broaden market share. Inclusive of market analyses, trends/opportunities, product launches, product costing and feasibility studies.
• Work with internal personnel and outside agencies on all advertising, promotion, and public relations activities (media/press releases, public appearances, etc.).
• Negotiating/renegotiating rates & terms with all vendors servicing the Creative Department to ensure reasonable costs
• Work with sales team to gather competitive information
• Advise internal personnel on product development procedures. i.e. launches, packaging, labelling and catalogues. • Maintain the branding guidelines to ensure proper use of logos, slogans, fonts, colours, etc.
• Work to protect and promote all trademarked brands. • Acting as the facilitator of information for info@web addresses. • Maintenance of all Social Media accounts.
• Developing & maintaining relationships with other departments and personnel.
