Apr. 2002 - Sep. 2005Lifted the Bundaberg Stations from making a loss to profits with in two years, by becoming apart of the community. Lifting the profile with many community events across the Wide Bay including Bundy Thunder, Gympie Muster, Australian Country Cricket Championships, Melbourne Cup Day, Carols by Candlelight, River on Fire.
Lifted and grew the KIX FM Country radio Network across Queensland. Developed print media to go with Radio and developed on line media for all Bundaberg Stations.

Mar. 1995 - Apr. 2002Kalgoorlie, Bunbury, Mount Isa, Town, Northern Victoria & Southern NSWJoined Rural Press/DMG Radio in Western Australia and worked on the new HOT FM Network across the state and developed local radio concepts when company was broadcasting from the HUB in Bunbury. W.A. Stations won Radio awards during this time for local programming and events. Transferred to Queensland and rolled out the HOT FM Network across Queensland in the late 90's and assisted developing the Heritage Radio Network with in Queensland from the Hub based in Townsville. Took Rich River Radio's stations from last in the market to Number 1 & 2. Won awards for on-air and programming talent. Lifted the revenue for the station which led to it's sale in May 2002.
