Responsible for development of standard reporting and the delivery of feedback related to the effectiveness of existing sales plans. Manage territory and sales teams’ deployment strategies. Maintain staffing levels to ensure budgeted goals are met. Act as liaison and manage business relationships with affiliate partners; sales contracting companies and outsourced call center. Provide product training to Staff; maintain professional, consistent representation of Comcast’s products and services. Communication/Coordination of launch plans with Regional Departments. Ensure customer service compliance and complaint resolution, QC and Retention reporting.
