Dec. 2009 - Dec. 2019Responsibilities include: • Oversee daily operations of the Group of Companies • Control Measures, Assessment of risk • Financial reporting, Financial goals, objectives, and budgets • Design and implementation of business Strategies, plans and Procedures. • Establishing of policies that promote company culture and vision • Executing the vision of the CEO • Setting of Company / Department goals that will lead to the overall performance and growth of the company • Leading & encouraging of HOD that leads to maximum performance and results • Compiling of reports daily monthly in all matters of importance • Managing of supplier / customer / partner relationships • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues • Managing the recruitment and selection process • Develop and monitor overall HR Strategies, systems, tactics, SOP • Oversee and Manage performance appraisal system • Succession planning • Reviewing current methodology and processes of Supply Chain to ensure continues improvement • Work closely with the IT department to create effective databases to manage and organize warehouse inventory • Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods • Research partner companies and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects • Management of national supply chain, retail operations, general operations and systems, and customer service; general management; management of HR/IR matters. • Playing a leading role as part of the executive team in ensuring that all internal systems and procedures are adhered to, and consistently evaluating and improving current operations, ensuring cost effective management of and optimum interaction between all divisions. • Actively involving the HODs in group discussion
