I spent 6 years studying closely on the more holistic trends of human physiology, mindfulness/neuroplasticity. This gave me immense joy and purpose in life in knowing that I was helping my students surrender to themselves and finding more space and calmness in their lives.

During which I had ample opportunities to work on both client projects and assisting in creating our own IP. I was responsible to generate consistent design to support our team while keeping track of projects progression, communicating and meeting deadlines. During my time at ITU I also switched at times onto helping facilitate training and art directing for the departments artistic output.

Jan. 2009 - Jun. 2011We were a group of bandits under the guidance of Silicon Valley big brains, Hollywood burned out workers, internationally esteemed rebellious academics banded together by a CEO who is a honestly a bit of a hippy. And we went from creating our own IP in education/entertainment field, to working with Disney Shanghai on their cartoon series, to developing 3D animated featured film with China Film Group.
I played a big role from maintaining a operational structure while keeping a loose open creative environment, to calling a taxi, to ordering breakfast, to translating for high stake meetings, to contributing in story meetings, and to making budget both within and externally outside of the department. Oh, I occasionally also taught 1-1 lectures on animation in After Effects.
