My key responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining essential equipment, including refrigerators, ice machines, and air conditioning systems. • Addressing and resolving facility issues, including plumbing, electrical systems, and renovations, to minimize downtime. • Establishing and negotiating contracts with new service providers to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce costs. • Successfully bringing all electrical equipment across locations to full operational capacity within the first three months of employment. • Coordinating external service teams (electricians, technicians, maintenance professionals) to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards. • Continuously improving maintenance processes to optimize efficiency and equipment reliability. This role allows me to leverage my expertise in technical operations, vendor management, and process optimization, ensuring a high standard of facility management across all Meron locations.
