In place of 'teachers' the school has over 800 industry professionals who come in to mentor the 38 students as they work on their briefs. My role was incredibly varied; a combination of Agency client service, project management and team building, recruitment, and coaching; From nurturing and growing Industry relationships in relation to mentoring and student placements and job offers,
Set up and management of two Portfolio Days where the students show their work to over 100 Agencies
Management of placements for up to 22 creative teams/singles over a period of six months on an annual basis,
Ensuring the smooth running of the school from building management, IT, office moves and refurbishment, stationery, To having the pleasure of managing and ensuring the development of, two Mentor/ Client Service Managers
