Leverage knowledge of DOMA’s technology and processes to build, mature and grow relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for growth. Provide support/services to one, a few or several client accounts simultaneously. Develops a thorough understanding of the contract, the client’s technical environment and business goals. Ensures strategies and execution plans are identified to leverage solutions in a manner that supports the client’s achievement of those business goals.
Responsible for managing all phases of Program/Project implementation: communication, planning, scheduling, reporting, onboarding, training, support, risk mitigation, opportunity identification, and analytics.
