• Monitor student’s progress, and provide students and teachers with assistance in conflict resolutions.
• Review and evaluate new and current programs to determine their efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, and recommend any necessary modifications.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff. Recommend personal actions for programs and services. • Prepare and maintain attendance, activity, planning and accounting documents.
• Direct and coordinate activities for teachers at the centre. • Plan, direct and implement an EYFS Syllabus structure. • Determine the scope of educational program offerings, and prepare drafts of program schedules and descriptions, to estimate staffing and facility requirements. • Write articles, manuals and other publications to benefit staff and add to internal education and teaching training. • Prepare and submit budget requirements.
