Key highlights: - Wood Wharf: Managed day-to-day planning activity for a 3,500+ unit mixed-use masterplan, including Reserved Matters, Section 106 obligations, NMAs, and phased CIL payments. - 10 Bank Street: Supported full planning permission for a 30-storey office tower from pre-app stage through to determination. - 83 Barchester Street: Off-site affordable housing scheme (115 units); managed condition discharge and coordinated a Section 73 to reflect design changes. - Canada Square Park Pavilion: Delivered planning for a restaurant pavilion from concept to application and discharge of conditions. - Newfoundland: Oversaw planning obligations and design-related NMAs for a 636-unit residential tower. - 1 Bank Street: Managed ongoing submission of conditions and obligations for a 30-storey commercial scheme. - Burdett Road: Affordable housing scheme (42 units); handled condition management and stakeholder coordination. - CWG Retail Estate: Submitted multiple retail applications and Certificates of Lawfulness across the estate.
