• Scaled 320+ member new product introduction and sustenance engineering services team across US, Taiwan, China, and India to deliver the release of 7 smartphone models, 2 mobile operating systems, and 8 smart home product family devices • Drove weekly/monthly/quarterly xFN reviews to align on objectives and key results, and led MBR/QBR/EBR preparation with leadership (SVP/VP/GM), to deliver reviews with key clients • Advised leading US internet media operator’s central procurement team, and key business unit vendor management offices, on transforming services outsourcing
• Managed $1.1m vendor-to-client reinvestment initiative, with strategic key account procurement team, to drive supplier-led innovation programs for delivering $Xm in business value and outcomes
• Managed xFN teams across CTO’s Office, Partner Alliances, and Marketing teams to build AI and machine learning (ML) GTM partnership with Google
• Recruited and mentored Global 100 Managers from Top 20 Global MBA programs, taking on individuals for 15-month rotational assignments; mentored 26 managers over 5 years
