Manages all property development, programming and IT reporting efforts. Defines and communicates project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to executive IT leadership, department leads, support staff, and end users. Establishes goals and objectives for areas of responsibility that are in alignment with department, division and corporate strategic objectives and develops action plans to attain these goals and objectives.
Ensures skill-centers under their direct control are staffed and trained appropriately to meet department and business needs. Assists with strategic planning and follow-through. Evaluates areas of responsibility for continuous improvement opportunities and develops plans to implement process improvements. Develops and monitors escalation procedures and thresholds to ensure staff is providing appropriate response per negotiated business service levels. Assists with Applications implementation and upgrade activities. Participates in and complies with established Change Management process and methodology. Supports and enforces established enterprise Shared Services Agreements
