o Sell and coordinate event space on behalf of the restaurants. o Leading the team to supports every events done in restaurant is within customer’s need and budget. Roles within the organization includes
Operation Manager in o Managing 28outlets in Malaysia with total sales revenue of 90millions a year. o Ensuring outlets are operating according to the company’s brand direction. o Conducting weekly meeting with outlet managers to ensure operation run smoothly. o Recruiting, training and supports to the outlet operation team from rank and file to the restaurant managers.
o Keeping and ensuring product, service and outlet ambience is well maintained. Business Development - includes negotiations with landlord and demographic study to ensure the product is meet with targeted customer. Project management - overseeing cradle to grave of new opening outlet. Involve in outlet’s drawing from scratch, contractor negotiation to ensure outlet is build according to the budget given. Franchise Management - overseeing the setup of business franchises and preparation of agreement and coordinating audit team.
