Monitoring and Evaluation: -Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools to track program performance and impact. -Coordinate data collection activities, including designing data collection instruments, overseeing data collection processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity. -Analyze and interpret monitoring and evaluation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. -Prepare timely and accurate reports on program performance and impact, and contribute to organizational reporting requirements. 3. Accountability and Learning: -Support program teams in conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement. -Contribute to the development and adaptation of program strategies based on evidence and learning from monitoring and evaluation activities. 4. Capacity Building and Coordination: -Provide training and technical support to program staff and partners on monitoring, evaluation, and learning concepts, methodologies, and tools. -Coordinate with program teams to ensure that monitoring and evaluation activities are integrated into program design and implementation. -Provide technical support and capacity building to program teams on monitoring and evaluation processes and tools.
