Apr. 2022I lead qualitative research across the full innovation lifecycle—while closely partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure insights inspire action, guide development, and support go-to-market success. End-to-End Innovation Experience: Exploration – Lead early-stage qualitative research (e.g., ethnographies, cultural immersions, trend scans) to uncover emerging behaviors, unmet needs, and new opportunity spaces. Development – Facilitate consumer-led idea generation and iterative testing to shape concepts, prototypes, and product narratives. Validation – Design and execute targeted studies to assess product viability, uncover friction points, and refine offerings before launch. Commercialization – Explore emotional and functional triggers through messaging, packaging, and experience testing to strengthen brand resonance at shelf and online. Renovation – Guide brand and product refresh strategies by tapping into shifting consumer expectations and category dynamics.
