Oct. 2016• Management of the recruitment and admittance of student to The Woodlands Methodist School. • Provide leadership to all members of the admission team to maintain high standards for customer service to prospective families, church and school families, faculty and staff; cultivate a spirit of hospitality across the school.
• Develop and recommend admission policy and procedures.
• Manage the entire admission and enrollment process.
• Work with School Business Office to maintain accurate enrollment information and annual statistics.
• Develop the budge for admission, marketing and outreach.
• Develop and lead a support team for the Admissions Office.
• Maintain high visibility and involvement on campus. • Develop marketing and promotional media materials, events, social media and advertising campaigns to capture the attention of mission appropriate families and the community.
• Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns post-program.
• Represent the school at community gatherings, events and conferences.
• Develop relationships with TWMS staff and families.
• Promote strong relationships with The Woodlands United Methodist Church ministries and church families.
• Develop relationships with print and digital media.
• Oversee network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admission process.
• Develop and coordinate outreach activities.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to TWMS parent volunteers in fundraising activities and special events.
• Participate in church capital improvement plans in conjunction with school and church leadership teams.
• Serve as a liaison with pastoral staff.
