My early career began in Public Relations and Sales, where I developed strong skills in rapport building, customer service, and communication. I later transitioned into Project Management within the construction industry, where I gained extensive experience in logistics, project planning, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role demanded the ability to juggle multiple priorities—something I handled with calm, proactive problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results. With a business-focused mindset and a drive for personal and professional growth, I progressed to the role of Operations Director. In this capacity, I led teams, improved operational systems, and consistently sought innovative ways to enhance efficiency and service delivery. For personal reasons, I chose to channel these skills into our family business, where I have focused on streamlining operations, improving business practices, and laying the groundwork for expansion to a second location. Customer experience remains at the heart of everything we do. I’m deeply passionate about travel, lifelong learning, and understanding the world we live in—particularly how we can explore and enjoy its wonders in a sustainable, meaningful way.
