Taking a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to UEDAŞ’s objectives.
Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effective planning of HR functions such as career planning, training activities, talent management, organizational development programs and activities helping to develop the human capital.
Supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, recruitment and hiring processes and industrial relations. Applying assessment center projects to identify and develop talent, determining the talent pool and nurturing them by designing develoment projects and identifying successors for critical positions.
Helping the organization become a preferred employer through effective HR communication and employer branding activities.
Creating competitive compensation and benefits policies through providing a grading structure based on job evaluation.
Managing the performance appraisal system, developing and improving the quality of workforce through designing organizational development programs.
Ensuring that HR practices comply with laws and regulations, advising department managers on legal implications of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances. Managing relations with Labor Union (including preparing documents and budget for collective labour agreements).
Preparing and overseeing the HR department budget, leading and managing the payroll operations. Leading SA8000 and Sustainibility projects to realize the cultural transformation for EEO's and zero waste producer corporate environment.
Ensuring that all OHS processes and procedures comply with regulations and fostering a safe work environment to protect employees from physical, mental and social occupational risks.
