Nov. 2011 - Jun. 2015POS IT environment, Fault finding and resolving, Installations of new hardware and software, Being on standby after hours, telephonic support for customers, Repairs, Maintain Customer hardware and software, replacement or repair of customer hardware, reinstall customer software if it is cause of fault (Windows and any other software needed) including Servers, Setting up switches and routers, laying cables (CAT5) and installing network points, setting up wireless networks and security, setting up customer Email Accounts on computer and archiving (Exchange), installing, configuring and repair of local or network attached printers (Shared or Network connected) and MFP type printers (HP, Lexmark, Brother, cannon, OKI) and Dot Matrix printers, perform Preventative Maintenance on customer hardware.
