Monitor the evolving market conditions and Brand health to ensure the long‐term financial and effective success of the Brands. - Ensure the Brand specification delivery is maintained and monitored throughout the consumer journey, identifying any shortfalls, initiating corrective action where necessary. - Liaising closely with the Marketing and BrandingTeams, evolve Brand guidelines as necessary, provide Brand direction to strategic campaigns and develop key Brand messages to be incorporated into the integrated communications plan (both internal and external). - Continue to drive the strategy for the product development with Marketing and Branding teams, based on customer /consumer insight, market trends and cues from within the FMCG sector and in line with the desired market positioning. - Manage, motivate and develop the Brand team and create an environment for personal growth and succession planning. -Planning and Budgeting Marketing yearly plans and activities.
