• Dealing with suppliers and payments • Bookkeeping inhouse
• Purchasing of Office supplies
• Payroll clerk (Using SimplePay and Inhouse excel payroll program)
• Filling of documents.
• Minor HR responsibilities e.g., Employee files, contracts, Disciplinary procedure and sorting UIF and PAYE
• PA to GM and Financial Manager • Switchboard operator
• QuickBooks Bookkeeping System management (Client’s payment allocations, collecting reports on site costing, Quotes and invoice create, Purchase order create, Project costing reports)
• Making Travel arrangements for the GM when needed to.
• Designing and printing Vinyl stickers for tanks going out to clients using Inkscape, and coral draw(Basic skills)
• Completing forms using Adobe e.g., Tender documents, bank application forms Confidential company forms, personal policy forms for the general manager…
• Product price comparisons between companies
• Stock ordering
