- Summary and Responsibilities: Configured an end-to-end proof of concept for the Real Estate Technology Team of both Field Service Lightning and Internet of Things (IoT). Led discovery sessions, requirements gathering and sprint demos. Produced documentation of current and future state processes along with future demo scripts to hand off to the client to leverage in future demos (front end), along with a "How-To" guide of the system (back end). - January 2020: Launched Slalom's "Buddy Program" which partners incoming Analysts with experienced Slalom employees to help foster a connection between the new employee and their coworkers. - June 2020: Became co-lead for affinity group (CODE: Celebrating our Diverse Employees), leading discussions around and bringing awareness to: mental health, addiction, unconscious bias and more. - July 2020: Co-launched Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative within our Salesforce Practice
