We used the best local products and vendors we could find, from the brioche buns to our custom burger blend. The restaurant was wildly popular, and an instant success. We opened additional locations in Leawood, KS, Lee's Summit, Missouri, Omaha, NE, as well as moving our flagship store from Westport to the Country Club Plaza. In addition to overseeing all chefs and kitchen staff in all locations, I was responsible for menu development, overall quality, offsite events, catering, kitchen design and layout, beer lists, craft beer dinners, and everything else that comes with owning your own business! We received numerous accolades over the years, including Best Chef, Best Burger from local publications, as well as Best Burger Spot in the country from BurgerBusiness.com.
