Another key aspect of my role was preparing content for communication across various channels. Whether it was drafting emails, creating social media posts, or writing articles for internal newsletters, I made sure that the messaging was clear, engaging, and consistent. I enjoyed the creative process of crafting content that resonated with our employees and stakeholders.
Additionally, I handled general correspondence and address management tasks. From responding to emails and letters to updating contact information in our database, I maintained a high level of organization and attention to detail in all communications. I also assisted in creating various reports, evaluations, and presentations to support decision-making processes within the company.
