I am currently the only scheduler at Norage Installs LLC. My job is to coordinate appointments with clients, review purchase orders with Home Depot. I am using software provided by RFI that is under Salesforce. I have two years of experience as an assistant scheduler and have been leading the office team for a year. I have a scheduling percentage of 75 percent each week and I am in charge of coordinating everything between the team of installers, the store, and RFI Installs.
