4. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to promote their social and emotional well-being.
5. Administer medications as directed by the nursing staff and ensure residents take them on time.
6. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and follow proper infection control procedures.
7. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
8. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
9. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other team members to provide coordinated care.
