May. 2018 - Mar. 2021Chiang Mai, ThailandIn my Human Resources position my main task is to develop, advise upon and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization. I ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business aims. I always do my best in having a clear understanding of employer’s business objectives and I'm be able to devise and implement policies, which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.
In my daily routine I deal with people from Europe that want to join our company and work with us. I interview them, I explain all the job offer and the contract details - mainly in English. I also do role plays with them and I check real motivation of all the applicants. In the same time I have some additional tasks regarding statistics about the HR Department performances due to improve our work day by day, since our goal is the excellence. These are the main skills that I use in my every day working life:
