Motivational Speaker
Little MotivatorMotivational Speaker
Sep. 2010 - Dec. 2019Manchester, NHTraveling around the region to share my inspirational journey of perseverance, gratitude and love of life. Having lived a life from a different perspective, my story of perseverance, family and motivation is one that many can relate to and can take with them as they continue on with there life. I have been fortunate enough to have spoken to multiple middle and high schools, Boys & Girls Clubs, and businesses - emphasizing these three messages: 1) Pursue everything. The day I was born was the same day my parent's lives forever changed. Doctors, medical books and society had all told my parents and I what I could and couldn't do and what difficulties and impossibilities we should start preparing for. This day also marked the beginning of a long and happy journey of proving people wrong. 2) Today is going to be great. The first thing I tell myself every morning - because it's all the difference between having a good day or a bad one. There was a day where I had no one to talk to. This is where I started a blog (mathewmyers.me) and a Twitter account (@LittleMotivator) to motivate and assure myself that everything was going to be all right. Through this I have learnt the power of a positive attitude and an understanding heart. 3) You are potential. The moment you accept, love and find yourself is the exact moment in which you find your strength. Once you find your strength, you find your confidence and being to be your best version of yourself. When you become the best version of yourself every single day, opportunities, life-long friendships and people looking up to you begin to occur. Confidence is a you vs. you battle. I would absolutely love to have the opportunity to speak to your business, educational organization, youth program, etc. To learn more or schedule a speaking engagement, send me an email at mjy.myers@gmail.com or visit mathewmyers.me
