● Assists in maintaining network services by applying network protocols, principles, and concepts.
● Communicates, assembles, and correlates the interpretation basic technical data, analyzes the implications of the data, and gives oral or written project trends with applied conclusions.
● Supervises team by delegating authority and communicating basic work guidelines and assignments.
● Ensures proper closeout of facility leases and contracts and establishes a demobilization timeline.
● Responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems in response to a customer-reported incident via tickets.
● Responsible for planning and coordinating the designing, developing, testing, installation, and support of new and modified systems, including hardware and software.
● Responsible for planning and delivery of IT customer support services ● Planning, executing, and maintaining IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
● Assisting functional remote users in resolving technical issues
● Responsible for performing other related duties and responsibilities for IT technical issues.
● Assisting with troubleshooting, installing, and responding to customer requirements.
● Responsible for installing, configuring, and testing various software on customer workstations.
