Main responsibilites include: • High level technical investigation and handling high-touch customer cases.
• Monitoring the Custom app development process, testing and execution.
• Engagement in writing documentation for the CC team processing (SOPs, Tips etc).
• Engagement in organizing and execute exams for the team members.
• Participation in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members.
• Platform and product trainings for CC team members.
• Platform exploratory testing: reproducing and reporting bugs.
• Release/sprint testing, writing and executing manual test cases.
