I am also responsible for the ongoing management, supervision, and training of the company’s Denver office administrative support functions, such as the receptionist and office administration. Management of Denver office including scheduling, maintaining office budget monthly and annually, updating call logs and layout of office, assisting marketing team/project development team with proposals, marketing research, working with Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, Indesign work, Deltek, aiding executive team with various tasks including meeting scheduling, annual meetings, agendas, and traveling needs, aiding HR in minimal on-boarding and departure tasks, maintaining sponsorship agenda and connectivity including processing and maintaining relationship with organizations for the Denver Mountain region.
