Aug. 2022 - Dec. 2022Jakarta, Jakarta, IndonesiaSuccessfully performed the position of Project Manager for Innovesia as the appointed Institutional Contractor to Youth For Health Innovation Challenge Program (Y4H) from August to December 2022. Y4H is a program initiated by UNICEF and The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, under the Directorate of Nutrition and Maternal Child Health. This program applied Human Centered Design Approach to find solutions on three main topics: Adolescent Active Smoking, Mental Health, and Climate Change and Air Pollution, by involving 412 adolescents from Aceh and Bandung, resulting in total of 80 ideas and 13 finalist ideas that are currently being considered for implementation phase. Roles include participants recruitment & management, learning module development, website development, facilitators recruitment and ToT, program onsite delivery in Aceh and Bandung, online coaching and final presentation session, managing onsite participants pre & post survey and response analysis.

Apr. 2021 - Jun. 2024SwitzerlandI was selected to be a part of the Co-Facilitators team for CINFO and Foundation Botnar's program, "Learning Journey into Leadership for Young Changemakers". This online program is aimed for young people, especially future changemakers, who intend to launch a concrete project with the aim of bringing positive change in their living or working environment. The participants were selected from Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Romania, Senegal, Switzerland, Tanzania, or Vietnam. Among other curriculums designed for the Young Changemakers, I designed and delivered the "Developing Creativity" as a part of the whole program. I received many positive feedbacks from the participants stating that they found the session useful and that they had better ideas on how to start their project for the program. After my contract finished, with the permission of the program director, I voluntarily initiate a sharing forum called "Mission I'm Possible" for the group to informally exchange thematic stories from their countries as means to exchange ideas, opening horizon and building stronger network among them. Achievement: ● Participated in the design and successfully facilitated a program aimed at 60 participants from 12 countries.

Mar. 2019 - Jul. 2019Jakarta, IndonesiaKBKM is a national event followed by 600 youths from across Indonesia held in 2019 by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, where the participants were facilitated to develop their strategy on how to preserve Indonesia’s diverse culture through Design Thinking & Business Model approach. I was responsible for the curriculum development, online collaborative platform management and be the head facilitator to liaise 34 facilitators to the ministry. Achievements: ● Contributed to the curriculum and end-to-end competition program design, by applying my mastery in design thinking / human centered design, during the program development for 600 participants in 4 competition categories. ● Successfully designed and managed the implementation of hybrid (online & offline) collaborative platforms as knowledge management tools for all participants, co-facilitators and the ministry’s committee, achieving impactful results. ● Worked collaboratively and beautifully managed a team of 34 co-facilitators who worked with all participants.

UNDPProgram Manager – UNDP BIOFIN Hackathon

Innovesia - Investing In InnovationVP of Corporate Innovation

Oct. 2016Greater Jakarta Area, IndonesiaI started my career in Innovesia as a Strategic Partner & Design Thinking Facilitator in 2016. As of 2019, I am responsible as VP of Corporate Innovation. My responsibilities include liaising with potential clients, designing innovation program, facilitating Design Thinking and Business Model workshops, and incubating innovation projects to various clients, such as financial institutions, social organizations, health organizations, FMCG company and BUMN (Indonesian State-Owned) companies. With Innovesia, I also taught Design Thinking to Master degree students at Magister Management University of Indonesia and Bachelor degree students at Prasetiya Mulya Business School. Achievements: ● Successfully managed several innovation consulting projects, one of which was with high agility by gracefully embracing changes with thinking and acting strategically during the ambiguous and complex situation in the early days of pandemic Covid-19. ● Leading capacity and learning field engagement for the clients, by mapping out clients’ needs, identifying and prioritizing areas for learning and designing the suitable capacity building intervention through careful analyses of the expressed and unexpressed needs. ● Designed a new Design Thinking and Human Centered Digital Transformation curriculum for the company. ● Coordinated the design, development and use of new capacity building experiences and resources following design thinking, user-centered approach, resulted in the successfully created and implemented several pilot programs for clients’ learning process to suit the needs of the participants. ● Successfully managed and delivered Innovation by Design workshops (Design Thinking & Business Model Innovation) for corporates, academics, NGO and Indonesian government bodies. ● Built and maintained partnerships with Innovesia’s innovation facilitator network. ● Landed the company several new clients with projects worth at least a few billion Rupiah.
