Oct. 2016Greater Jakarta Area, IndonesiaI started my career in Innovesia as a Strategic Partner & Design Thinking Facilitator in 2016. As of 2019, I am responsible as VP of Corporate Innovation. My responsibilities include liaising with potential clients, designing innovation program, facilitating Design Thinking and Business Model workshops, and incubating innovation projects to various clients, such as financial institutions, social organizations, health organizations, FMCG company and BUMN (Indonesian State-Owned) companies. With Innovesia, I also taught Design Thinking to Master degree students at Magister Management University of Indonesia and Bachelor degree students at Prasetiya Mulya Business School. Achievements:
● Successfully managed several innovation consulting projects, one of which was with high agility by gracefully embracing changes with thinking and acting strategically during the ambiguous and complex situation in the early days of pandemic Covid-19.
● Leading capacity and learning field engagement for the clients, by mapping out clients’ needs, identifying and prioritizing areas for learning and designing the suitable capacity building intervention through careful analyses of the expressed and unexpressed needs.
● Designed a new Design Thinking and Human Centered Digital Transformation curriculum for the company.
● Coordinated the design, development and use of new capacity building experiences and resources following design thinking, user-centered approach, resulted in the successfully created and implemented several pilot programs for clients’ learning process to suit the needs of the participants.
● Successfully managed and delivered Innovation by Design workshops (Design Thinking & Business Model Innovation) for corporates, academics, NGO and Indonesian government bodies.
● Built and maintained partnerships with Innovesia’s innovation facilitator network.
● Landed the company several new clients with projects worth at least a few billion Rupiah.
