At the same time, appointed the role of Leadership Development Pillar Leader of the Indonesia Market in the Nestle Continuous Exellence journey. Being the market pillar leader, I was responsible to diseminate the Leadership Development practices focusing on the management level in order to effectively change mindset from a command and control approach of people management to coaching and empowering approach of people management.
