Aug. 2010 - Apr. 2016I was hired as a Team Member for one year. My responsibilities were to handle regular transactions, clean the store and keep the store stocked. Within a year of employment, I was promoted to a Team Leader where my responsibilities were to maintain the store, keep the business flowing and train new employees. Within two more years, I was promoted to a Supervisor. I was instructed to take a few steps back and train the employees below me to handle more delicate situations. After two more years, I was promoted to the Assistant Manager. My responsibilities grew to manage the team leaders, supervisors and managers of the store. I loved this job and created VERY close relationships with many of the customers that walked through those doors.
