Uses prudent judgment to respond to client needs in an effective and efficient manner. Investigates, tracks and communicates with clients regarding resolution of operational, technical, billing and customer service issues. Coordinates internal and external partners to achieve client objectives. Identifies systemic issues and brings them to the attention of Account Manager and/or leadership. Seeks opportunities to improve processes and/or overall client satisfaction. Also manage detailed account modifications often requiring extensive analysis and due diligence Troubleshoot and resolve client issues working with IT, Operations and Client Services Train staff to utilize proprietary systems for account setup/modification . Assume responsibility for designing custom work instructions based on various clientsโ account specifications
