I was asked to start a Design team to work directly with the CEO of the company on a variety of projects and a range of tasks. He is very hands-on and requires a very high level of attention to detail. These were high quality projects with short timelines and required my constant attention and taking a lead role, from conception, during the construction administration phase and through the grand opening date. The daily onsite work with this position required me to handle tight schedules with multiple subcontractors to provide a sounding board for design execution on the fly. My work with this company is a living portfolio and many of the details that I have conceptualized continue with the current designs. In addition, I played a lead role to the start of implementing the Revit software platform within the office. This included prototype adaptation, content creation, and general model creation.
