Appropriate management of sensitive information, and processing/receipting EFTPOS payment transactions • Successfully trained long-term unemployed adults and school leavers in the campus' Certificate II - Employability Skills and Vocational Pathways course, to achieve a 92% pass rate against a target of 80% • Assisted students in writing an industry-ready resume and curating a professional LinkedIn profile • Initiated and ran a volunteer program to photograph, edit and supply a professional headshot for each graduating student for use on LinkedIn, to assist their job search endeavours • Unfortunately, the role ceased as the company went into National Liquidation
