On a monthly basis, I trained speakers, planned and directed 4-hour classes, and reviewed results of pre- and post-assessments to make adjustments to programs aimed at empowering under-resourced high school girls to empower their communities. Additionally, I worked closely with each student's mentor to ensure the girls were thriving emotionally and to provide training or resources needed for mentors. And then, I also wrote a monthly newsletter, created and published our social media calendar, designed marketing collateral, and integrated fundraising goals into regular marketing avenues. ✨ Sparkle • Collaborated with our Marketing Advisory Committee to develop the first comprehensive, branded Giving Tuesday campaign for the organization and met our goal of $5,200 raised. • Reviewed processes and adjusted as needed in order to document a set of Standard Operating Procedures for all three programs and six sub-programs. • Achieved record-breaking fundraising results of $300,000 at the annual gala fundraiser through sponsorships, ticket sales, donations, and merchandise sales. • Redesigned the annual gala into an elite event with high production value and audience involvement, which resulted in extensive organic social media coverage following the event. • Provided evidence-based recommendations on program gaps and efficiencies that led to
improved program effectiveness. Changes included implementing instructor training, adjusting
class design/structure, and adding class activities to meet current learning trends.
