Responsible for the maintenance, serviceability, and accountability of over 3.5 million dollars worth of equipment. Project manager on planning, scheduling, resourcing, staffing, and execution of lead events on future tasks. Empowered to sanction and quantify logical solutions with an inherent philosophy to evolve with change. Served on the Squadron Operations Staff to assist in the Military Decision Making Process when staff were conducting any type of operational planning. Served as the facilities manager for Immediate Response 12, responsible for the health and welfare, living quarters, dining facilities, maintenance facilities, medical treatment facilities, and day to day operations of the facilities for assigned US Forces, The Forces of 7 NATO Countries and assigned civilian personnel. Served as the Squadron Safety Officer responsible for the conduct of risk management for all training events and to ensure that hazards were properly identified and proper risk mitigation measures were taken. Randomly inspected training to ensure that the risk management worksheet was posted and all risk mitigation measures were being observed and followed, made any necessary on the spot corrections for violations and then provided a written report to leadership identifying the issues and any corrective actions taken to mitigate the risks. Responsible for new Soldier safety orientation that included not only safety during duty hours but safety
after work hours, to include the hazards of driving. Presented safety briefings to the entire Squadron to demonstrate the importance of the use, maintenance and proper care of Personal Protective Equipment. Responsible for the oversight of the Squadrons hazardous waste materials management program, conducted numerous inspections to ensure compliance wih the established environmental policies.
